Who is the Super Admin?

The Super Admin is the owner of the account and is the only administrator who can change credit card details or close the account. Later, in the Account Settings, you can set other users as administrators who can help you manage the site.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. Kudos is a pay-as-you-go month to month service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Simply click on the “Admin” tab, then in the Account Management area you can add or archive users, and/or upgrade your account as new functionality is added. It really is that simple.

What web browsers work with Kudos?

Kudos was built to work in Internet Explorer 7+, and the latest versions of Firefox, Safari and Chrome.

Is my data safe and secure?

Our state-of-the-art system uses environment servers protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewalls, and all Kudos plans include 256 SSL encryption to keep your data safe. In addition, our system also includes additional security features at the Account and User level.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. If you would like to pay by cheque we can set you up with an annual contract and provide a 10% discount above our standard pricing.
